The current serious Covid-19 situation in the South America has postponed all initiated plans for the introduction and negotiations in Central and South America which were personally initiated by OACM board member Dr Taleb Rifai and OACM President Kristijan Curavic. Some off the initiated nations such as Costa Rica, Uruguay, Colombia and Brazil are put on hold until the Covid-19 situation has been resolved. The possible scenarios for coastal CSMA certifications are difficult to predict at the moment but the negotiations with the governments will resume accordingly in lieu of travel restrictions and availability of OACM delegation teams who currently focused on the nations whose restrictions allow OACM to operate in full capacity.
