The concept of the OACM Pay TV is to sell high quality TV formats and documentaries - and use those funds to further develop SOS CP system and help third world nations to develop a more efficient natural resource management and engage in CSMA certification.

OACM will annually use a certain percentage of their global budget through the ESPA to finance and support the protection of other wildlife species above the surface. The OACM Pay TV will be a contractual requirement term for OACM nation members which will ensure the substantial financial income for OACM to be redirected towards other environmental issues and to support those less fortunate.
