The efficiency of the global integration in extraction of ocean plastic and preservation of the ocean is dependent on the system implementation - which OACM accelerates by creating partnerships with the governments.

This can be accelerated with creating a global alliance between the current world organizations and OACM - which would help with the slow response and slow integration period in governmental institutions and other infrastructures due to the administrative problems and lack of political will and leadership. The OACM strongly believes in global partnerships and global governance, meaning that by uniting the three sectors (government, corporations, world organizations) can reduce the global plastic print and minimise the current content of the plastic in the ocean with the present SOS CP sustainable system.
