The extreme global weather conditions have become more severe in the last decade and life threatening to humankind - as well as life ending for many of the marine and aquatic life forms. EOPRA is developing an emergency system for nations that can be initiated efficiently after such natural disasters and which can contribute to restore the environmental balance and provide solutions to adequately deal with the pollution remains. The system is tied to the White Flag’s CSMA annual monitoring and inspection of the CSMA coastal areas and is supervised by OACM governmental affiliate offices among OACM nation members.
