Partnerships are a part of the OACM’s development strategy to expand its global operations and initiatives in the environmental sector which is a high priority today for most nations and governments. Governments worldwide are dependent on organizations who provide sustainable environmental protection methods and have long term solution measures.

The ocean pollution problem has become not just an issue of environmental status but has also inflicted severe economic damage and is directly threatening global economic stability. At the same time, it is devastating the planet's natural resources which are the key elements in obtaining economic stability.

The current global situation requires an entirely new approach in order to resolve, improve and change the negative outcome the planet is heading for. The world is in need of environmental and economic reforms and creation of new Global Environmental Policy - one that is more aligned with the current problems and challenges and can adequately respond to them.

Such global policy making requires unification and collaboration between the world organizations, (UN) nations, governments, and the entire global corporate sector whose policy OACM generally develops approaches.
