New global, national and local corporate laws and regulations

OACM’s approach to the collaboration between the government and the corporate sector has proven to be successful and during the last 12 years of research has given the OACM a unique advantage in leading a global alliance in ocean conservation.

New global, national and local corporate laws and regulations

The environmental responsibility between the government and corporate sector will define the ocean and environmental preservation efficiency and provide long-term operational protection. The same governmental responsibility to integrate and implement the new environmental reforms, laws and regulations must be similarly applied to the global corporate sector.

OACM has specialised in developing a sustainable communication platform (GEPN) which is used by the corporate sector to market and promote internal and external environmental activities. In close collaboration with the government, certain reforms, laws and regulations can be integrated by the corporate sector under the national environmental laws. The system and law regulation both in the government and corporate sector are essential for the planet’s and ocean’s sustainability. The reforms must be carefully designed to become easily integrated and to be sustainable for all stakeholders and benefactors.
