OACM research and development department provides important development and project initiation support to the NGOs, especially the ones in the beginning of their career.

The conglomerate recognises the importance of the project development phase and the necessary foundation before its start, which is the reason why it provides the necessary logistics, experience and manpower to the starting NGOs. The development itself of any NGO doesn’t rely only on the financial support but rather on the organization’s creativity, determination and passion. NGOs don’t start to create financial profits but to make changes in the mission of natural resources protection or many other similar reasons. This is the field where the OACM has a great platform of experience and expertise, and a similar philosophy that has contributed to the conglomerate’s growth. No organisation can survive today without these essential core values which in many cases are neglected by many who then struggle to move forward. OACM - besides project development - helps the NGOs and organizations to recognise their own valuable essentials and use those on their path as strength and guidance.
