In the past 6 months, OACM has initiated a significant negotiation process with new and upcoming OACM nations and corporate members - which has become a great pressure on the existing administration. Due to the enormous administration challenge, the OACM has initiated a substantial employment process of new individuals in the OACM departments. OACM has a strict protocol and employment policy before recruiting which is based on the educational programs that the future employee has to go through before their operational tasks. OACM npw counts more than 120 active administration members and more than 140 inactive members who are in the education process. This is the largest reconstruction within the OACM administration since its official start in 2012.
